French designer Inga Sempé launches new mirror collection – With the idea of bringing more space into a room division, the celebrated French interior designer Inga Sempé launched a stained-glass-inspired mirror collection with Italian design brand Magis. The mirrors that behave like a window also have inspiration on Venetian mirrors with smaller mirror pieces framing a centre one. The Vitrail collection features modern versions of these mirrors and is now available.
The Vitrail collection by Inga Sempé features four different formats that look good on a wall either vertically or horizontally. Among the various forms, you can find a small square, a large rectangle and an oval that includes a larger clear mirror in the centre and two coloured parts on the sides. All of this is possible thanks to a moulded rubber frame that makes the equipment malleable to insert the different parts.
The fragments and colours give depth and the similarity of a mirror, making your room look bigger. The last design is round with five strips in two contrasting versions. The possible colour contrasts are a light grey frame with sections of pastel green glass, and a green frame with mirrors that range from black to light grey. Overall, the collection has a total of eight different mirrors.
Here are is a compilation of the options you can choose to make your home more playful and dynamic. You can combine the design of these mirrors with different environments in different rooms.
As you can prove from these pictures, the possibilities are numerous. The different wall mirrors from Inga Sempé will look good in a variety of different environments, like living rooms, bedrooms or bathrooms. Its variations are colourful and imaginative so you can experiment with the different layouts and tones to create your own selection of them. There is a certain glamour in the simplicity of the design that will collaborate for a minimalist style in your house.
